Production Series

Our Production Series consists of nine interactive training courses, all of which are geared toward improving the knowledge base and processing skills of production personnel. With topics ranging from Injection Mold Setup to Troubleshooting Defects, this series covers a broad variety of plastics processing concepts and techniques.

A working knowledge of plastics materials is essential for all injection molding personnel. Our Understanding Plastics course explains how and why plastics are different. It also provides practical processing considerations and covers correct materials handling procedures.

Participants will learn how to establish a process and maintain profitability. We also offer courses that take an in-depth look at production problems, such as warpage and weld lines.
